How to install busybox in your android device

Busy box is necessary for running almost half of the rooted apps in your device, from the basic functions of most of the custom roms require busy box (especially CyanogenMod), cyanogenmod comes with busy box already installed. There are a lot of ways to install busy box, you can either flash it or install it using busy box installer apk. How to root Nexus 5 and install Custom Rom

The following post is purely for educational purposes and for testing. Do not root your device or follow any of the following steps if you do not know what you are doing. We are not responsible for any damages occurred to your device following our instructions.  Note: This is a tutorial for rooting Google Nexus 5 and that means no other phones will be able to be rooted using this, doing so may damage the device or brick it.  Now that you have decided to continue rooting this is the initial requirements you should have. 1) Google Nexus 5 with more than 70% charge. 2) A PC with all the drivers installed. If you don't have the drivers installed download it from here . 3) Download ADB tools here .

What should you do when you are stuck on the boot screen

You are here because you are stuck on the boot screen while trying to rooting your device or stuck while flashing a new Custom Rom. Don't panic, this often happens when you make changes to the system image. Follow the steps and you will be alright. Step One Switch of the phone and make sure your phone has 70%+ charge in the device, we don't want to take any risks. Step Two  Use the volume keys to select Recovery Mode on the device and press the  Power button to enter. That is  (volume up+volume down keys+power button) This for nexus devices.   In the recovery menu select restore to factory settings, clear dalvik cache, and all things related to wiping your data. Step Three Install the zip file you previously installed (root file or Rom file) and before rebooting please wipe data again and reboot.  Note: The above process will remove all your personnel files and settings
