I figured out my battery was dying and i had lesser battery backup day by day.. I used to get an admirable amount of juice left in the end of the day, but now I charge twice a day. I followed few steps and WOOHOO!! it works like a charm. I tries this on Nexus 1, HTC desire, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Note 3 and on Samsung Galaxy S5.
DO THIS FOR LI-ION BATTERY'S ONLY
DO NOT TRY THIS IN CUSTOM OR DUPLICATE BATTERIES
Follow these steps to regain the battery life.
1) Drain your battery to 100%. Most often when the device switches off. It has 2%-4% as back up. You should dry it full. Keep switching on and draining until the device doesn't start.
2) Remove your battery and let it cool if its hot.
3) Cover your battery with a soft tissue.(do not use wet tissues).
4) Put the phone covered in tissue inside a waterproof polythene bag or a zipper. Make sure no water drips inside.
5) Store the bag inside your freezer or anywhere the temperature is approximately zero degree.
6) Leave the bag for 10 min.
7) Once you take the bag out from the freezer after 10 min, remove the battery immediately and dry it using a dry cloth.
8) Leave the battery idle in a dry place, some place with fans own. "DON'T HEAT AND DRY THE PHONE "
9) Once the battery is completely dried place it back in the device and charge it to 100 %. Its recommended that you do a battery calibration after this for better battery performance.
NOTE: Please follow the above guide precisely and there wont be a problem, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED FOLLOWING THIS GUIDE. But I have tested this in a lot of Lithium ion devices. For help or doubts comment below.
