All ready and spoofed up for running your personal blog? Take a quick look at the few things you need to know when you start your voyage ahead as a successful blogger. This is not a full walk through guide that will make you a professional blogger over a night but it will definitely make the difference.
You might have a lot of business ideas and start up plans in your mind, if this is just a blog which will  be a static page or an nightly experimental version this article is not gonna do any good for you.
This is for all those who takes blogging seriously and do want to make a 4-5 figure income out of your content via blogging.
Before you start of you might need to know what blogging is, technically being termed as to
a website containing a writer's or group of writers' own experiences, observations, opinions, etc.
And yes that is blogging, in layman's language, spills from your brain over a website, at least that's the way I call my blog.
As a beginner you need to have 3 things.
  • A platform
  • A niche
  • A customized good looking blog of course
Start off with the platform, Every blogger needs to have a platform as it saves time energy and workload and yes its profitable. Its just like a barbie doll, all you have to do is buy/select the cloths and color and dress her. Simple as that, the platform help you organize and optimize your needs as you proceed  tuning your blog. You don't want to do all the coding again and again each time you want to make a post.
There are a lot of platforms where you can choose to be the base for your blog which includes Blogger and Wordpress
There are a lot of em there but as a beginner I would recommend you choose Blogger, as its easy and cheap and yes it's from Google.
Once you are all done with the platform you can move towards choosing the niche, most of you might be wondering what a niche is. Niche is what your blog is about, other wise termed as genre. Decide what your blog niche should be. While picking up the Niche make sure the following things are cross checked.
  • You are well aware of the topic.
  • Something you are comfortable and easy to update frequently.
  • Niche that can actually bring a 'lot' of traffic(Number if viewers).
  • Something you are passionate about.
The more traffic and audience the more you make out of your blog, but wait that's long time benefits that we have to look forward to. With all these things cross checked you will either end up with nothing (keep working) or you might have that golden niche in your hand. This is really help full when you start monetizing your blog for income. Check out how I make money out of Google Ad Sense
What's after Niche?
