Note: This guide is for Root Users with a custom recovery installed. ADB sideload can be used to flash zip files to the system. If you have External storage for your device it is recommended you flash the file by copying the file to SD card and flash it from SD card. ADB sideload is often done when you have no OS and the Storage is formatted. Before you start please make sure you have the following things done. This Guide is for Windows OS users only.
Charge your device to 80%
Download Driver for your device from here
Download ADB and fast boot here
After installing ADB and driver for the device. Find the file location to the ADB by Right clicking on the icon and choose “Open file location”.
1) Copy the file to be flashed in this location
2) Press Shift key+ right click anywhere
3) Select “open command prompt here”
In the command prompt type
Adb sideload xxxxxxx.zip
Substitute xxxxxxx with the name of the file to be flashed. Don’t forget make sure there is a “.zip “typed in the end.
This will sideload the file to the system.
